Whitney Bromberg Hawkings began her career as Tom Ford’s devoted assistant. Over the course of her tenure at the brand, she played a pivotal role and went on to become Senior Vice President of Communications. Then last year, everything changed. After 18 years at Tom Ford, she recently left to pursue her passion project, FLOWERBX, a gorgeous online store which delivers flowers handpicked from Holland straight to your front door. The brand has taken off in a major way and will soon expand to Paris, Munich, and Stockholm next year, followed by the US after that. Oh, and did we mention she just welcomed her third child into the world, a daughter named Wallis. With her infectious energy and impeccable taste, she manages to make it all look so easy. Her secret, she admits, is a wonderful husband and a great nanny. While the balance is a constant struggle, especially now as she navigates life as a mother of three and successful entrepreneur, this inspiring mama is showing her kids each day that, with hard work, dreams really can come true.Sons Baron and Snowden, photographed at five and two years old, respectively
